sales to 75+ employees grossing $2.8 million in sales. Her store became
the #1 store in the western region of the US which afforded her many
regional opportunities.
She was recruited from the retail sales world to headhunting in Corporate America working with franchised companies such as Ben and Jerry’s, BP Oil, and Huddle House Restaurants. Gwen created strong relationships with Presidents, CEO’s and Directors as she worked hand and hand to connect the right candidate to the right company. Gwen was rookie of the year her first year with FranSearch, became the second top billing recruiter in the company her second year by billing $312,700, and became the top woman headhunter in America in the franchise industry.
In 2004 Gwen left the high powered corporate world to work closer with her husband in the real estate and construction world. They have fix and flipped many properties, dabbled in hard money lending, and currently own a cabinet and countertop company. In a trying economy, Gwen and her husband were able to start a company without any outside funding and grown it to produce over $2 million in sales and 23 employees. She currently resides in Kaysville with her husband and three children.
